ALLEN'S SPECIALTY OMLETTE
- 5 or 6 Eggs
- Diced Green Pepper
- Diced onions
- Cheese(if desired)
- Canola Oil
- Diced Ham
- Milk(same amount of milk used to make scrambled eggs)
Heat canola oil in a pan for 5 to 10 minutes. When oil is heated, put in diced onions, green
peppers, ham. Sautee them for five minutes. Mix eggs and milk in a separate bowl. Stir and pour on top of
sauteed ingredients in pan. Cook until throughly done. Flip over omlette when solid. When done, put cheese
on top if desired, and parsely flakes. Enjoy!!! Servings: 2 to 3 people
- 6 cut cherries
- 2 cans of pineapple
- A few slices of watermelon
- Ice, and water
- 2 whole peaches
- Any other fruit you may want to add
Note: You don't have to use all this fruit. Whatever you want is fine with me. More
fruit just makes the smoothie taste better. You may want to add strawberries, blueberries, and oranges, and bananas,
or any other fruit. MORE FRUIT MAKES IT TASTE BETTER.
Place fruit in blender along with at least 4-5 cubes of ice(to cool the smoothie), and about a
1/2 cup of water. Turn blender on and stop when desired. You may want to have it liquified, but that's up to you.
Any way you want it. It is still healthy no matter what. Enjoy. Servings: About 6 people.
